1996

SIA Telegrupa Baltijā Was Founded

2007

Developed and implemented one of Latvia's first innovative IP telephony systems for healthcare institutions, enabling more efficient patient call handling and communication management.

2009

Launched next-generation IP telephony services on a large scale, providing businesses across Latvia with modern VoIP solutions.

2020

The Company Becomes a Member of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

2021

Organized COVID-19 call centers and provided the supporting technology infrastructure for public and private sector clients.

2021

The Company Joins the Latvian IT Cluster, Bringing Together Latvia's Leading IT Companies.

2022

Acquired the first customers for our proprietary CRM and Contact Center platform.
